Ingredients
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of red onion thinly sliced
1 apple cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup of burrata cheese
1 tomato sliced
1 large bunch kale washed, stemmed and shredded
1/4 cup of cup raisins
1/4 cup of walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup of cheddar shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use 3 Small Voyd Canisters for the salad jar meal preparation
2. Include 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 cup of red onion slices, apple slices, and tomato slices, 1/3 cup of burrata cheese, kale shredders to each jar

4. When you are ready to enjoy, just pour the contents of the salad onto your plate!
