Q: What is a liquid isolator?
A: It is a device designed specifically to protect your vacuum device and smartphone from any potential water damage. When in use, it serves as a bridge between the bag and the vacuum device, catching any liquid that might be there. Q: What are the bags and sealing bars made of?
A: SealVax food bag is made out of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) Sealing bar is made out of PP (Polypropylene) with SEPPA, a biodegradable material that’s made from recycled marine waste.

A: The large bag is 0.74 gallons and the small bag is 0.32 gallon

Q: Should I remove the sponge inside the canister lid?
A: The sponge is intended to protect the lid and the vacuum device from any debris that could damage its function. In theory, the sponge wouldn’t be necessary as long as there are no small particles in what you store, however, please be advised if the sponge is removed there could be a risk of damaging its sealing capacity.
Q : Is the sponge washable ?
A: Yes, the sponge is washable, please hand wash and naturally dry before reuse. The wet sponge may water damage the device.
Q : Is the VOYD Canister Dishwasher friendly?
A: The glass jar is dishwasher friendly, and the lid is hand wash only.
