SEASON MODE

SEASON MODE for Marinating:

Marinate and infuse your food faster than you thought possible with SEASON MODE. This mode automatically cycles between vacuum and release to slightly open the fibers of the food and results in better, faster infusion.

Instructions:

Place food and marinade in the SEASON•SEAL container, leaving an inch of space from the lid.
Flip the lid port lever to "OPEN" (necessary for SEASON MODE).
Attach the Vacuum Device to the lid port and long-press the button for 5 seconds. A blue light will indicate it is in SEASON MODE, which will run 10 times (30-40 minutes) and stop automatically.
*Note: After cycling, the container is not vacuum-sealed. If you want to vacuum and store, switch the lever to "SEALED" and vacuum with the device one more time.
