Sous-Vide Marinated Steak

lngredients:

Steak of your choice (such as ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil or butter
Optional: Garlic cloves or rosemary or other herbs for extra flavor

Instructions :

Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste preferences.
Use SealVax Reusable Bag to vacuum seal the marinated steak
Sous vide at 130F for 120 minutes
Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil or butter to the pan and allow it to heat up until it starts to melt.
Carefully place the steak in the hot pan, laying it away from you to prevent any oil splatters. If you prefer, you can also add crushed garlic cloves or herbs such as rosemary or thyme to the pan for extra flavor.
Cook the steak for a few minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and desired level of doneness. For a medium-rare steak, cook it for about 4-5 minutes per side, flipping only once. Adjust the cooking time according to your preference (e.g., rare, medium, well-done).
Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest on a cutting board or plate for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the steak moist and flavorful.
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips for maximum tenderness. Serve it as is or with your choice of side dishes such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your delicious homemade steak!
